The journey

How to welcome one of our puppies.

We don't assign puppies on a first-come basis. We seek the right meeting between puppy and family. The journey is simple, but cared for at every step.

    First contact

    You write us an email or fill in the form. We listen carefully, even if we don't always reply right away: every message deserves time.

  2. 02

    Mutual acquaintance

    We go deeper: who you are, how you live, what you seek. We tell you who we are. It's a dialogue, not an interview.

    Application

    You fill in the dedicated form. The more you share, the better we can imagine you next to one of our puppies.

  4. 04

    Conversation

    When possible by video call or in person. It's the moment when words take shape.

  5. 05

    Affinity assessment

    Together we evaluate the litter most suited to you. Sometimes the first isn't the right one: it can be worth waiting.

  6. 06

    Updates

    During the puppy's growth you receive photos, videos and stories. You get to know your puppy before you can hold it.

  7. 07

    Placement

    The meeting between puppy and family is formalised. We guide you in preparing the home and the first days.

  8. 08

    Welcome

    The day of arrival. And from there onwards, we stay by your side, always.
